Overview
We are seeking a qualified and dependable Pivot Steer Operative for a long-term position in Leeds. This is a temporary-to-permanent vacancy; we are looking for a dedicated individual to join the team with a view to moving onto our internal payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- MHE Operation: Safe operation of Pivot Steer (Bendi/Flexi) forklifts within narrow-aisle racking.
- Warehouse Support: Transitioning between truck operation and manual floor duties as required.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently managing the intake and dispatch of palletized goods.
- Safety: Conducting pre-shift inspections and adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Certification: Must hold a valid, accredited Pivot Steer license (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent). In-house licenses cannot be accepted.
- Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
