Role Overview
This position provides logistics support for global distribution, ensuring high operational efficiency and inventory integrity. The role focuses on meeting strict deadlines while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack goods accurately to meet demanding deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Conduct stock inspections and inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy levels above 98%.
- Systems & Administration: Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and perform document scanning.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Health & Safety protocols and manage the handling of dangerous goods.
- External Liaison: Coordinate effectively with freight agents and couriers to facilitate smooth logistics workflows.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Previous experience within a stores or warehouse environment.
- Technical Skills: Must be trained in Forklift and Material Handling (MH) operations.
- Specialized Training: Training in Dangerous Goods (DG) is highly advantageous.
- Qualifications: Proficiency in English and Mathematics.
- Key Attributes: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality.
