We're looking for Experienced Refuse Operatives (Bin Workers/Loaders) to collect and dispose of residential and commercial waste and recycling. If you're fit, reliable, and enjoy being outdoors, this could be the perfect role for you! What You'll Do: Collect household and commercial bins, bags, and recycling containers from kerbsides. Manually load refuse into vehicles and operate bin-lifting mechanisms safely. Assist drivers by acting as a reversing spotter and guiding vehicles in tight spaces. Sweep up spillages and return emptied containers to the edge of properties. Report blocked access, contaminated bins, missed collections, or damaged equipment. Follow all health, safety, and highway regulations at all times.What We're Looking For: Physically fit and able to walk up to 10 miles a day, lift heavy objects, and work in all weather conditions.
