Temporary Fleet Finance Officer (Maternity Cover)
Duration: Approx. 12 months
Hours: Approx. 3 days per week (flexible)
Pay: PO1 - Β£21.91 per hour
We are seeking a Temporary Fleet Finance Officer to provide maternity cover for a period of approximately 12 months. This role is normally full time; however, due to budget constraints we are looking to appoint someone for around 3 days per week. The working pattern is flexible - hours can be spread across the week or consolidated into fewer days, depending on the successful candidate's preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive spreadsheet-based work
- Month-end activities, including reporting
- Preparation of journals
- Recharging of costs
Other aspects of the substantive postholder's duties will be covered within the wider team, so the temporary officer will not be expected to undertake the full scope of the attached job description.
Essential Skills & Experience
