We are seeking a counterbalance Class 2 Driver with forklift Licence to join a busy company in Bicknor. This role is predominantly focused on loading and unloading of lorries and general warehouse duties, involving forklift tasks. This will be a Monday to Friday, Day Shifts.
Rate: £17 to £19 depending on experience
The pickup of the van is Bicknor.
The role:
- You would be collecting fresh strawberries and raspberries from various farms daily.
- You will be responsible for loading and offloading other lorries as and when they come into our yard when not driving.
Monday - Friday until end November 06h30 - 14h30 (possible overtime depending on traffic)
Key Responsibilities:
- Making Deliveries
- Load lorries with empty bins and ensure these are matched up correctly
- Using the Forklift to load/unload lorries
Requirements:
- Forklift Licence (Counter Balance): Must have a valid counterbalance forklift licence.
- Qualification as a Class 2 Driver (CPC & Class C Driving licence)
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong focus on ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle physical tasks within the warehouse setting.
