Export Co-ordinator / Data Entry Clerk Location: Colnbrook, Slough Position Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday) Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum Company Overview Our client is an established global logistics and shipping provider with an extensive network across the UK, Europe, and Asia. A market leader in express groupage and full load freight, they specialize in complex transport solutions and hazardous cargo management. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Co-ordinator / Data Entry Clerk for our client's busy operational branch in Colnbrook. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will manage daily data entry, customer communication, and transport coordination to ensure seamless export workflows. Key Responsibilities - Data Administration: Execute high-volume data entry, process collection bookings, and prepare documentation for export entries. - Client Liaison: Manage customer enquiries via phone and email regarding bookings, scheduling, and job-related queries. - Haulier Coordination: Disseminate accurate cargo and routing information to transport partners to guarantee delivery schedules are met. - Operational Support: Complete general administrative tasks and support the team leader with ad-hoc duties as required. Required Qualifications & Skills - Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience within groupage shipping. - Technical Proficiency: Fully computer literate with strong administrative skills. - Communication: Exceptional customer service capabilities and clear professional communication. - Competencies: Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work under tight dispatch deadlines. - Knowledge (Preferred): Prior exposure to export regulations and customs clearance procedures is highly advantageous but not mandatory
