This is a temporary role that may go permanent for the right person. The position is for a Multi-Trade Carpenter on a fixed-term contract based in Feltham, full-time, with a salary of £41,491 plus a van.
As a Carpenter, you will provide high-quality, customer and quality-focused service, delivering carpentry works within our residential services department in and around the London Borough of Hounslow.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Carry out a range of carpentry and multi-trade works including but not limited to all wet trades such as plastering, carpentry, decorating (both externally and internally), and tiling, using a schedule of rates.
- Possess the multi-skills knowledge and competency to complete full repairs and maintenance service to a high specification quality standard using contract specifications.
- Plan each job and ensure the required materials are available to complete the work to schedule.
- Maintain the current achievement of 100% customer satisfaction.
- Perform all duties associated with a fully qualified Multi Trade Engineer.
- Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Display a high level of customer care when dealing with tenants and leaseholders and contribute positively towards a high-quality customer-focused service.
