Caretaker / Concierge / Security- Immediate Start 07.00 – 7PM OR 7PM – 7AM Feltham Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – Saturday and Sunday shifts Concierges provide a number of services that guests, residents and workers rely on. Whatever setting they work in, their duties typically include: Smart Dress Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and entering their details into the visitor log Overseeing the safe-keeping of the building’s keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints Dealing with lost property and locating missing items Housekeeping, cleaning, rubbish and groundskeeping staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the building. Monitoring operational procedures. Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas. Protecting the property from theft, accidents, fire, and other threats
