Location: Chartham, Canterbury, Kent

Hours: 5 days/week | 10-12 hours/day | 6:30am start | Weekend availability required

Pay: £13.47 - £15.80 per hour (dependent on experience)

Reports To: Planning Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process high-volume orders and allocate stock to customer specifications.
  • Liaise daily with the Account Manager, Packhouse, QC, and Despatch teams.
  • Monitor grading lines and stock rotation to maximize financial returns.
  • Identify and escalate potential delivery or order completion issues early.

Candidate Profile

Essential: Strong numeracy, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.

Requirements: Ability to prioritize heavy workloads, valid UK Right to Work, and independent transport.

Desirable: Background in supply chain, logistics, or fresh produce production planning.
