Supreme Recruitment are looking to recruit on behalf of our client based in Leicester for a Production Supervisor. You will be leading a skilled late shift team within a high-quality sheet metal fabrication environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands fabrication processes, keeps standards high, and carries out operations smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising a late night shift made up of brake operators, welders, and laser operators, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently to high standards.
- Ensuring targets are met.
- Reading and working from engineering drawings.
Requirements:
- Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, laser cutting, and press work.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- A proactive approach and can-do attitude.
