Supreme Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Accident Repair Centre for an experienced Panel Beater.

The Role
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards.
Working as part of a skilled team, you'll restore vehicle bodywork using a range of repair techniques while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair damaged vehicle body panels using approved repair methods.
- Remove and replace damaged panels and structural components where required.
- Straighten chassis and bodywork using specialist equipment.
- Carry out welding, panel alignment, and fitting of replacement parts.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with painters, preppers, and workshop colleagues to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre or bodyshop.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and modern repair equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- Advantageous: Candidates who hold an NVQ or IMI qualifications
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
