Supreme Recruitment are pleased be to working with our client, a leading manufacturer of upvc windows and doors based in Wednesbury. We are recruiting Machine Minders/ General Operatives to work on days. This is an ongoing job, temporary to permanent – there is a guaranteed permanent job after 13 weeks. Great company to work for, their MD has an excellent name and reputation within the Window industry. You will receive training in other areas of the business including fabrication. Pay: £12.21 per hour with goals to earn pay increases Hours: 7:30am – 4:15pm Mon-Fri Duties * Machine operating – ensuring parts are correctly inputted in to the machine * Quality Control – checking parts as they are produced * Production paperwork when required * Keeping a tidy work environment * Other duties as reasonably required Requirements * Possess a good attitude to work – we are looking for people looking for long term work! * Be in good health – there is a lot of standing for large periods of the day * Be familiar with working in a similar position * Ability to work while maintaining a positive attitude. * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
