We are looking for a Facilities Service Admin Clerk to join one of our companies based in Atherstone. Part time role, working Monday to Friday – either 8am till 1pm or 9am till 2pm. 25hrs per week Duties will include: Passing invoices, ordering products. Liasing with service providers – fire security, maintenance companies, shutter door and locks, aircon etc Communicating with building maintenance providers via email, phone and in person. Keeping documents and files in order Must be able to commuication with management of all levels Must be It literate, word, excel Previous experience is required for this position
