We are looking for a Facilities Service Admin Clerk to join one of our companies based in Atherstone. This is a part-time role, working Monday to Friday - either 8am till 1pm or 9am till 2pm, totalling 25 hours per week.

Duties will include:

  • Passing invoices and ordering products.
  • Liaising with service providers - fire security, maintenance companies, shutter door and locks, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicating with building maintenance providers via email, phone, and in person.
  • Keeping documents and files in order.

Must be able to communicate with management of all levels. Must be IT literate, with knowledge of Word and Excel. Previous experience is required for this position.
