Supreme Recruitment are looking to recruit on behalf of our client based in Leicester for an experienced Fabricator with team leading or supervisor experience.
You will be leading a skilled late shift team within a high-quality sheet metal fabrication environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands fabrication processes, keeps standards high, and carries operations smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a late night shift made up of brake operators, welders, and laser operators.
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently to high standards.
- Reading and working from engineering drawings.
Requirements:
- Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership skills.
