Multi -Trade Carpenter ( Fixed Term Contract )
/n Based in Feltham
/n Full Time
/n £41,491 + van & fuel card (Pro Rata )
/n 40 Hours - Mon -Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm
/n About The Role;-
/n As a Carpenter ou will provide high quality, customer and quality focused service, delivering carpentry works within our residential services department in and around the London Borough of Hounslow.
/n Key Responsibilities and Duties:
/n * To carry out a range of carpentry and multi trade works including but not limited to all wet trades including plastering, carpentry, decorating both externally and internally and tiling, using schedule of rates.
/n * To have the multi skills knowledge and skills competency in order to complete full repairs and maintenance service to a high specification quality standard using contract specifications.
/n * To have the ability to plan each job and ensure the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule.
/n * Working to maintain the current achievement of 100% customer satisfaction.
/n * To perform all the duties associated with a fully qualified Multi Trade Engineer
/n * To always understand and comply with all Health and safety regulations and company policies
/n * To display a high level of customer care when dealing with tenants and leaseholders and contribute positively towards a high-quality customer focused service.
/n * To promote customer satisfaction by working in a clean and tidy manner ensuring minimal disruption to residents during the course of a repair.
/n * To ensure all tools and materials and any associated debris are removed from sites following repairs and homes and communal areas left in a clean and tidy state.
/n
Education & Qualifications Required:
/n * Apprenticeship / City & Guilds/ NVQ 2-3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
