Highway Maintenance Worker We are seeking dedicated and skilled Highway Maintenance Workers. Working in Hounslow this role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and functionality of our highways and roadways. The ideal candidate will have experience in Highways maintenance including:* Drainage* Patching* White Works* Responsive Repairs* Structural workA full manual driving license is essential. CSCS card -Valid Monday to Friday -7am till 4pm AND weekly pay! £13-£16 an hour depending on experience Key Responsibilities:Highway Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks on highways, roads, and associated infrastructure. This includes pothole repairs, surface treatments, drainage maintenance, and roadside verge management.* Patching of potholes* Conduct reinstatement activities in compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and relevant industry codes of practice.* Repair road surfaces, footpaths, and verges by accurately matching materials, textures, and colours to ensure a seamless integration with existing surfaces.* Operate various tools and machinery, including but not limited to pneumatic drills, pedestrian rollers, compactors, and tarmac rollers, to complete reinstatement work efficiently and to the required standards.* Prepare excavation areas by removing debris, compacting sub-layers, and applying appropriate layers of materials such as tarmac, asphalt, and concrete.* Install, adjust, a…
