Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operative & Delivery Driver to join the busy operations team of a leading catering company. This full-time role involves managing stock, preparing event equipment, and ensuring timely deliveries to venues across London and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and preparing event equipment and catering supplies.
- Loading and unloading vans with care and efficiency.
- Delivering goods and equipment to venues across London and further afield.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Carrying out inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Assisting with event setups when required.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Forklift experience and licence is perferable but not essential
- Previous experience in a warehouse, catering, or events environment is preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift/move equipment and stock safely.
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive with great attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible approach – willing to work occasional evenings/weekends when required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
