Job Title: Van Delivery Driver / Multi-Drop Courier
Location: Warehouse Hub, Barking, Greater London
Salary: £14.27 per hour | Overtime: £21.00 per hour
Shift: Day shift only | Monday to Friday (Optional weekend work available)
Payment: Paid Weekly (Every Friday)
Core Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and organise parcel freight at the Barking hub using an optimized itinerary.
- Execute local multi-drop deliveries to commercial and residential addresses.
- Capture proof of delivery using a digital handheld device.
- Complete mandatory daily vehicle defect checks.
Requirements
- Valid UK Category B (Car) driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- Strictly no active DR, DD, or IN convictions.
- Prior experience in high-volume multi-drop courier or delivery roles.
- Solid geographical knowledge of the Barking and East London road network.
- Good level of physical fitness to manage repetitive parcel handling.
