This full-time, Monday to Friday role is primarily focused on administrative tasks, with crucial support for our warehouse operations. You'll ensure accurate records, manage documentation, and assist with essential goods movement, including labeling and scanning.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records for consignments and stock. Process and manage paperwork (manifests, PODs, customs docs). Input data into systems (WMS, ERP, Excel). Handle communications with drivers, couriers, and internal teams. Provide general office support like managing supplies and filing.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with checking and receiving small parcels. Support light picking, packing, and labeling of goods. Accurately scan items into and out of the system. Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety policies.
