Location: Walsall/Wolverhampton/Birmingham/Telford/Stafford Salary: £32,000 per year + monthly bonuses Full-time | 5 days per week (weekends included) 4 Weeks Holiday per annum Applicants must be over 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions on the company vehicle. About Us Supreme Car Detailing Ltd is an established, growing automotive detailing business with a strong reputation for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We\'ve been delivering high-end detailing services across the West Midlands for over 4 years, and we\'re now expanding our team again! The Role We\'re looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our mobile detailing team. No previous experience necessary - Full training will be provided. You’ll be visiting clients at their homes or workplaces in a fully-equipped, company-maintained van, delivering professional detailing services to a high standard. You’ll follow a calendar of pre-arranged appointments in your local area. The company van will be kept at your home address, and you’ll travel directly from home to your first appointment each day and return home after your final job. What We’re Looking For ✅ A passion for cars and pride in keeping them in pristine condition ✅ Strong attention to detail – Perfectionism is a bonus! ✅ Over 21 years old with a UK driving licence preferred to be clean, but depending on experience, some points may be considered (at least 1 year of driving experience required due to insurance) ✅ Polite, professional attitude with great customer service skills ✅ Good time management and the ability to work independently ✅ Physically fit – this is a hands-on role ✅ Previous detailing experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided What You’ll Get * Fully-equipped company van * Fuel card provided * £32,000 Salary, paid monthly * Monthly performance bonus * Full training in professional detailing methods and products * Full training for customer interactions * Opportunities for progression as the company grows How to Apply Send your CV and a message as to why you would be a good fit
