The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our UK Sales Team remotely. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in SaaS sales, is passionate about wellbeing tech, and is eager to help organizations across the UK and Europe transform the way they support their people.
You’ll be responsible for new business acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new opportunities through research, outbound campaigns, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to HR and business leaders, showcasing the ROI and impact of SupportRoom’s platform.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools (HubSpot) to maintain accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Negotiation & Closing: Drive the full sales process from first contact to signed agreement, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on competitor offerings, industry trends, and emerging wellbeing and SaaS innovations.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops.
- Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven updates on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or similar technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas over the past two years.
- CRM proficiency: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM for pipeline management, sequencing, and reporting.
- Strong outbound sales experience, confident with cold outreach and developing new business pipelines from scratch.
- Skilled in presentations and product demos, with experience running at least 10+ demos or client presentations per quarter.
- Experience working with UK and European clients preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital sales tools, virtual meeting platforms, and sales enablement software.
