The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager – UK to lead strategic collaborations, business development, and market expansion across the United Kingdom. This role is ideal for a relationship builder who thrives in both people-first and data-driven environments, someone eager to position VIPANI AI as the UK’s go-to platform for predictive workforce intelligence.

You’ll identify, secure, and grow partnerships with enterprise clients, consulting firms, corporate wellbeing programs, and ecosystem partners to accelerate VIPANI AI’s growth in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across the UK, including HR tech firms, corporate wellbeing providers, and enterprise clients.
    • Develop partnership strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and go-to-market plans that amplify VIPANI AI’s brand presence.
    • Negotiate partnership terms ensuring sustainable, value-driven collaborations.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion
    • Drive VIPANI AI’s market penetration through partnership-led growth strategies.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create localized campaigns that resonate with UK corporate audiences.
    • Represent SupportRoom and VIPANI AI at key industry conferences, expos, and business events.
  • Partner Enablement & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong partner relationships with regular engagement and performance reviews.
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide insights on performance, engagement, and financial impact.
    • Act as the central link between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, data, and leadership).
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
    • Analyze the UK HR tech, AI, and corporate wellbeing landscape to uncover partnership opportunities and trends.
    • Provide market feedback to leadership to help shape VIPANI AI’s positioning and product roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, or AI-powered analytics.
  • Track Record: Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients or technology partners.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of the UK corporate and HR ecosystem.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to secure and manage high-value partnership deals.
  • Networking: Strong professional network within corporate HR, wellbeing, and technology sectors is highly valued.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar partner management tools.
