The Opportunity: We are expanding our commercial team in London and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our outbound growth. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in building pipeline by identifying and engaging with decision-makers across the UK market. You will introduce PulseIQ and Vipani AI to organisations facing challenges around workplace behaviour, engagement, and organisational risk. This role is ideal for someone ambitious who wants to develop a career in B2B SaaS sales, outbound strategies, and grow within a fast-scaling company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers (HR leaders, People & Culture leaders, Risk leaders, C-Suite)
- Research organisations to understand workplace challenges and identify potential fit for our platforms
- Introduce prospects to PulseIQ and Vipani AI and book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking using HubSpot CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to execute outbound campaigns and territory strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales
- Experience selling into European or UK markets
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Experience using HubSpot CRM
- Familiarity with outbound tools such as Apollo, Surfe, Aircall or similar
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and collaborate with a growing team
- Interest in Workplace wellbeing, behavioural data or SaaS solutions
