Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for Health Care Professionals who share the same values as we do at Supportive. Our not‑for‑profit charity places people at the forefront of everything we do.
We need a person who possesses empathy, a lot of patience, and a genuine want to make a difference in people’s lives in our local community.
Don’t worry if you have never done this role before; we provide full training and ongoing support to build your confidence and skills. We have a variety of hours available, so we can find a schedule that suits both your home life and our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist vulnerable people in our community, promote their independence, and help them remain in the comfort of their own home.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including basic cooking skills to ensure service users are well fed.
- Provide a listening ear, offer laughter, comfort, and practical support such as tidying the house, picking out outfits, and writing shopping lists.
