Housing Support Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint to a number of Supported Housing Workers to join our West Sussex team. You will have extensive experience of working with people who have become homeless and have diverse needs including substance misuse, mental health and previous involvement with the Criminal Justice System.

This is not a residential health care assistant role

You will be skilled in housing management keywork engagement and raising risk/support plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25,392.00-£27,091.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Education:

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Working with Homelessness: 3 years (required)
• Supported housing for homelessness & addiction: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
