  • Experience in volunteer engagement, community building, or people management.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with SHH-UK volunteers.
  • Work closely with the Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.
  • Support volunteers to feel valued, motivated, and connected to SHH-UK’s mission.
  • Identify and respond to volunteers’ training and development needs.
  • Create opportunities for ongoing engagement, such as check-ins, feedback sessions, and recognition activities.
  • Report regularly on volunteer engagement and activities to the Trustee lead(s) and Board.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen SHH-UK’s volunteer culture and retention.
