Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Case Manager

Location: Tees Valley – Hybrid working with 2 days at home and 3 days in the community/ the office

Salary: £27,000 – 28,000pa (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexi working)

Role Type: Permanent

Supporting Futures are recruiting on behalf of a respected domestic abuse charity dedicated to protecting victims and children by holding high-risk perpetrators accountable. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact through intensive 1:1 intervention work with high-harm perpetrators as part of a nationally recognised, multi-agency programme focused on reducing abuse and improving safety outcomes.

The Role

You’ll work directly with high-risk perpetrators identified through MARAC and DAPP processes, delivering targeted interventions designed to challenge behaviour, reduce risk, and drive long-term change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver intensive one-to-one case management and behaviour change interventions
  • Support clients with complex needs including mental health, substance misuse, housing, finance, and offending behaviours
  • Develop coordinated intervention plans alongside partner agencies
  • Work closely with IDVA services to improve victim safety and manage risk
  • Make referrals to specialist support services where appropriate
  • Manage cases over 3–12 months to achieve sustainable behavioural change

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Backgrounds in domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse, probation, prison services, YOT, social care, family support/ early help, CSE/ CCE/ County Lines, supported housing, or similar settings
  • Strong understanding of domestic abuse and its impact
  • Passion for multi-agency and trauma-informed work
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related fields are also encouraged to apply.
