Hours: Part-Time 30 hours a week

Our client, a well-respected charity dedicated to supporting victims of domestic abuse, is looking for a Team Manager for their accommodation services.

Synopsis of duties:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, survivor-centred accommodation services across risk levels
  • Ensure services meet national standards and accreditation requirements
  • Maintain compliance with contracts, funding agreements, and internal policies
  • Lead on service development in line with strategic and operational plans
  • Line manage and support Survivor Advocacy Support Workers
  • Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, case reviews, and reflective practice
  • Contribute to strategic planning, tendering, and service design

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience and working knowledge of domestic abuse
  • Accommodation experience and understanding of regulations
  • Line-management and supervision of support staff
  • Must have an enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service
