Our client, a well-respected charity dedicated to supporting victims of domestic abuse, is looking for a Team Manager for their accommodation services.
Synopsis of duties:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, survivor-centred accommodation services across risk levels
- Ensure services meet national standards and accreditation requirements
- Maintain compliance with contracts, funding agreements, and internal policies
- Lead on service development in line with strategic and operational plans
- Line manage and support Survivor Advocacy Support Workers
- Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management
- Facilitate regular team meetings, case reviews, and reflective practice
- Contribute to strategic planning, tendering, and service design
Essential Requirements:
- Experience and working knowledge of domestic abuse
- Accommodation experience and understanding of regulations
- Line-management and supervision of support staff
- Must have an enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service
