Role: Supported Housing Manager - Domestic Abuse Location: Greater Manchester Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: From £38,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience Contract: Permanent or Temp to Perm Start Date: Immediate Supporting Futures are recruiting a Supported Housing Manager to lead a brand-new dispersed safe accommodation service for victims and survivors experiencing domestic abuse and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join the service at mobilisation stage, shape its culture and lead the delivery of safe, trauma-informed and person-centred support. Key responsibilities: Leading and developing the service team Overseeing safeguarding and high-risk domestic abuse casework Quality assuring DASH assessments, safety plans and support plans Managing referrals, occupancy, housing operations and move-on outcomes Monitoring service quality, performance and contractual requirements Building strong relationships with commissioners and partner agencies Participating in the management on-call rotaWe are looking for someone with: Management experience within domestic abuse, supported housing, homelessness or a comparable complex-needs service Strong knowledge of DASH, MARAC and safeguarding Experience of staff supervision and performance management An understanding of housing management and service compliance A relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleAn Enhanced DBS check will be required.
