Domestic Abuse Service Manager Location: Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Salary: £35,745 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Temporary to Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced Domestic Abuse Service Manager to lead the delivery of domestic abuse services supporting victim-survivors across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The Role Manage and lead a team of domestic abuse practitioners, outreach workers and support staff. Oversee refuge, safe accommodation, community and outreach services. Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed and survivor-centred support. Lead on safeguarding, risk management, MARAC and multi-agency working. Oversee case management, quality assurance, data, monitoring and commissioner/funder reporting. Develop staff through supervision, training and performance management. Support service development, health & safety and operational management. Participate in an out-of-hours rota, including some evenings and weekends. What We're Looking For Experience managing or supervising teams within domestic abuse, safeguarding, housing, social care or a similar service. Strong knowledge of domestic abuse, coercive control, safeguarding and risk management. Experience of MARAC, multi-agency working and case management. Experience managing refuge/safe accommodation is desirable. Strong communication, leadership, organisational and data/reporting skills. Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Enhanced DBS required. Commitment to survivor-centred, trauma-informed and inclusive practice.
