- Maintain accurate data systems and produce regular monitoring reports.
- Support the development of innovative approaches to improve accessibility, engagement and outcomes for women.
- Ensure projects and centre-based initiatives are effectively planned, implemented and evaluated.
- Promote trauma-informed and gender-responsive approaches throughout the service.
- Understand and appropriately apply safeguarding procedures and risk assessment processes.
Essential Requirements:

- Experience maintaining data systems and producing monitoring reports.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and project management abilities.

This post is open to female applicants only as this is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010. The role is fully office based across the Hammersmith and Finsbury Park Women's Centres, with no remote working available. A valid EL1 vetting clearance is essential for this position.
