Role: Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Case Manager

Location: Tees Valley

Hybrid working with 2 days at home and 3 days in the community/ the office

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 pa (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexi working)

Role Type: Permanent

Supporting Futures are recruiting on behalf of a respected domestic abuse charity dedicated to protecting victims and children by holding high-risk perpetrators accountable. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact through intensive 1:1 intervention work with high-harm perpetrators as part of a nationally recognised, multi-agency programme focused on reducing abuse and improving safety outcomes.

The Role

You will work directly with high-risk perpetrators identified through MARAC and DAPP processes, delivering targeted interventions designed to challenge behaviour, reduce risk, and drive long-term change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver intensive one-to-one case management and behaviour change interventions
  • Support clients with complex needs including mental health, substance misuse, housing issues, etc.
