About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Educator Quality & Compliance Manager to join our Educator Experience Team. In this role, you will lead quality assurance, compliance, and risk management initiatives across our recruitment businesses. From managing audits (ISO 9001, REC, EAS) to designing and implementing policies, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our operations and enhancing standards. This is a role for someone who thrives on improving systems, coaching teams, and championing compliance while driving meaningful change.

About You
You are a compliance enthusiast with internal and external audit experience, ideally in recruitment. You have a solid understanding of ISO standards and can navigate complex regulatory environments with ease. Your professional background includes:

  • Extensive management experience in quality, compliance, or audit within a regulated UK environment, preferably education or employment business.
  • Expertise in policy development and audit planning.
  • A proven ability to educate, empower, and influence diverse teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.
