You will elevate our Group brand and help us achieve our mission of transforming more lives through education. We are flexible on location. Your work will be a true mix of home, office, client sites, external events, and meeting government, school groups and partner organisations.

Drive SEG's high-potential business development initiatives across brands, practices, and markets.

  • Shape the Future: Launch new business development campaigns and service propositions, turning ideas into impact across the education sector.
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Support and develop strategic account-based selling, co-sell processes, and client-focused growth strategies.
  • Provide dotted-line leadership to business development, sales, and partnership leads across the group, championing a culture of results and collaboration.
  • Represent SEG externally through thought leadership, events, and strategic content that positions us as a sector leader.
  • Leverage Data for Results: Significant business development and strategic sales leadership experience within the education or education services sector.
  • Proven success in complex, multi-brand organisations.
  • Experience in account-based sales and consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalents preferred.
  • High-level engagement experience with central and local government and senior education stakeholders.
  • A structured, data-informed approach to sales strategy and delivery.

Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our support centre in London or attending client meetings, events or similar activities.
