Supporting Education Group in the UK is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance on a wide range of ER matters across our organisation.

You will manage disciplinary, grievances, absence, performance, and conduct cases, ensuring decisions are legally compliant and aligned with policies.

This is a hybrid role with two days in the office and three days remote.
