About the Job

This is hands-on role, is ideal for someone who is keen to deepen their technical skills and play a key part in scaling performance marketing activity across multiple group practices.
You will have the opportunity to setup, optimise and execute our performance marketing channels with an initial focus on Google Paid Search, SEO and Analytics. You will also contribute to landing page improvements, website optimisation, and A/B testing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and continually testing new ideas to improve performance.

As a more technical marketer, you are not fazed by new technology or the detail, and you will support our websites and digital campaigns by setting up robust tracking utilising Google Tag Manager and other tools such as Google Analytics.
You enjoy keeping up to speed with digital marketing trends and technology and are passionate to learn more about other channels.
This role will work closely with both the Performance Marketing Lead, and the Head of Performance Marketing, ensuring that our campaigns are driving lead gen and efficiency across the group\’s different businesses. You will also work closely with a variety of stakeholders so strong relationship building skills will be key to your success.

About You

  • A digital first marketer perhaps from a digital marketing agency or in-house B2B digital marketing team.
  • Strong data literacy, able to interpret complex analytics using a variety of tools that measure website performance and the digital channels that are driving traffic to the websites.
  • Hands on experience setting up and running Google Ads campaigns with accurate tracking, compliance and reporting.
  • Confident in turning complex data into clear insights and compelling narratives.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with strong management skills.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and committed to continuous learning.
  • Keen to broaden and deepen technical digital skills.
