As the CFO’s second-in-command, this is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape the financial backbone of the organisation - transforming manual processes into streamlined, automated systems that deliver clarity, confidence, and actionable insight. Your expertise will empower teams across the Group to make stronger decisions, strengthen financial governance, and ensure we remain resilient, scalable, and ready for future growth. What You Can Offer
- Significant senior finance leadership experience in a £350m+ turnover, multi‑site, multi‑brand business
- Proven experience in private equity‑backed or leveraged environments
- Demonstrable experience leading finance transformation
- Expert knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
- Experience managing complex group consolidations
- Experience in people‑based services or recurring revenue models including government contracts, SaaS, subscription, and transactional revenues
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with several years of post‑qualification experience
- Evidence of leading technological change or system implementation
- Digital fluency with a preference for system‑led solutions
Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we’d expect you to regularly be in our central London office, to connect with our teams in person, at least three days per week. 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days.
