As our Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the robustness, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure. Your work will empower teams across our education brands to operate effectively, collaborate seamlessly, and deliver exceptional services to schools and learners. By leading on strategic projects and mentoring team members, you'll not only drive continuous technical improvement - you'll also help others succeed and grow.

What You Can Offer
- Proven experience in a senior/lead infrastructure role.
- Hands-on expertise in networks, servers, and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, M365).
- Experience managing virtualised environments (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects end-to-end.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure tenancy migrations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL).

- Experience in the education or public sector.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Our Benefits:
- Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our Holborn office, at least three days per week.
- 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays.
