What You Can Offer
- Proven experience in a similar role, having a strong software engineering background coupled with commercial acumen to be able to guide business stakeholders and translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience in a mid-market private equity or scale-up environment, with an understanding of agile execution.
- Strong expertise in data management platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), Azure, ETL and data analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Previous experience leading the data strategy, analytics, and platform development in a complex, multi-brand environment.
- Track record of implementing data governance frameworks, ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance.
- Experience leading and developing lean, high-performing in-house and off-shore technology teams, with strong people management skills.

- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics, applying them to business challenges.
- Background in education technology, recruitment technology, or related sectors.
- Relevant degree (Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field) and ideally certifications in architecture and data management.
Our Benefits:
- Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our Holborn office, at least three days per week.
- 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays.
