The Impact You’ll Make
- As a Finance Systems Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our finance systems deliver accurate, reliable and insightful information that supports decision-making across the Group.
- Working closely with our Systems Accountant and wider Finance teams, you’ll help improve system capability, streamline processes, reduce manual effort and support finance transformation initiatives.
- Your expertise will enable colleagues to work more efficiently, strengthen financial controls and ensure our systems continue to evolve to meet the needs of a growing organisation.
Shape the Future of Finance Systems: Play a key role in finance transformation initiatives that improve reporting, controls and decision-making across the Group.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Help deliver automation, system enhancements and process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Turn Data into Insight: Develop reporting dashboards and management information that support smarter business decisions and enhance financial performance.
Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with Finance Operations, Payroll, Reporting and Business Partnering teams to improve end-to-end processes and system effectiveness.
Support and Empower Users: Become a trusted point of contact for finance system users, providing guidance, troubleshooting support and training.
Make a Real Impact: Ensure the integrity of financial data, strengthen financial controls and help build finance systems that support the continued growth of Supporting Education Group.
What You Can Offer
- This role would best suit candidates who are likely part-qualified, started their career in a finance/accountancy role and who have subsequently moved into ERP/Finance Systems.
- This is not a Finance Analyst role or FP&A role, it is ERP/Finance Systems focused role, Access Dimensions or similar ERP tool.
- Experience working with ERP and finance systems across small and large environments.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and reporting tools.
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong systems and data analysis capability.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we’d expect you to regularly be in our London head-office, one of our branch locations or client sites to connect with our teams or customers in person, at least three days per week.
