Our Education Advisors play a vital role in ensuring learners are supported, tutors are developed, and our service consistently meets the highest standards.
As an Education Advisor, you will be a key member of our Education Quality team, acting as the first line of quality assurance across our tuition provision. Working closely with tutors, internal teams and senior stakeholders, you will support attendance, engagement and learner progress, while ensuring our tutors feel supported, developed and valued. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home working and time based from our Farnborough office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring learner attendance, engagement and progress
- Observing lessons and reviewing tutor reports, providing clear and constructive feedback
- Supporting tutor development through training and ongoing quality conversations
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, compliance and data protection
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for tutors, providing a high level of customer service
- Supporting continuous improvement across our education provision

About You
We are looking for someone with a strong background in education and a passion for making a difference. You will be confident working independently, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You will ideally bring:
- An education sector background within a teaching and learning role (QTS or equivalent experience)
- Experience of tutoring and/or exposure to the recruitment or education services sector (desirable)
- A high level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Confidence using IT systems and programmes
- A calm, measured and professional manner
- Resilience, adaptability and personal drive
- A process-focused mindset
- Credibility as a professional ambassador for our company and values
- Customer service experience is welcome but not essential - what matters most is your professionalism, organisation and commitment to quality.
What we offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000, depending on experience and qualified teacher status
- Hybrid working model with a Farnborough office base
- Generous annual leave allowance of 36 days (28+8 bank holidays) + 1 for every year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days).
