About the role

As the Enrolment Officer, you will be providing an effective and timely service in the admission of apprenticeship applications for LMP Education. You will be responsible for the administration of all apprenticeship starts, ensuring excellent eligibility checking of your own enrolments. Applicant processing, including communication with the sales team, clients and delivery throughout adhering to the standardised process in completion before handover to our MIS team. Identifying and being competent in resolving queries timely to support targets and meeting start dates correctly. Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that LMP Education meets its right first-time requirements, ranging from checking prior learning, identity, and residency checks, assessing initial assessments, and finally ensuring that we embed all our practices, core values, and exception customer service in this role.

Essential Responsibilities [The below listed tasks/responsibilities are not exhaustive:]

  • To undertake student enrolments including enrolment appointments, the administration of on-line enrolment documents, and undertaking follow up actions as appropriate.
  • Lead on the checking and verification of student eligibility in line with funding rules and legislation.
  • Conduct prior attainment checks and review initial assessment results for students in line with programme and funding requirements.
  • Work closely with the learner sales managers to ensure right first-time approach on each applicant's submission.
  • Working on a CRM system BUD - HubSpot - CCMS - BKSB - Century uploading documents, pulling reports, using this system effectively to help drive the MIS department to submit all applicants correctly.
  • Assist in housekeeping of learner files on our electronic data systems ensuring clean live data is always retained.
  • To play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of all admissions processes and procedures.

Key Skills and ExperienceEssential

  • Experience within an administrative, enrolment, apprenticeship or customer service environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident using CRM and database systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Experience working within apprenticeship, education or training sectors.
  • Knowledge of ESFA funding rules and apprenticeship compliance requirements.
  • Experience using BUD, PICS, HubSpot, BKSB and Calendly.
  • Understanding of Functional Skills requirements and Personal Learning Records (PLR).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Enrolment applications processed within service level agreements.
  • Compliance completion rates.
  • Learner and employer satisfaction levels.
  • Timeliness of First Day of Learning bookings.
  • Accuracy of learner records and documentation.
  • Reduction of enrolment errors and MIS queries.
  • Achievement of team and departmental enrolment targets.

This role is critical in ensuring apprentices have a smooth, compliant and positive onboarding experience, supporting both learners and employers from application through to programme commencement.
