The Impact You'll Make As an experienced Technology Business Partner, you'll be the strategic bridge between Technology and the wider business, ensuring that every solution, service, and initiative empowers colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for the schools, educators and communities we support. Your work will help shape smarter processes, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock innovation that enables teams across Supporting Education Group (SEG) to achieve their goals and make an even greater impact on education. The role will focus on driving technology adoption, optimising business processes, and supporting the delivery of IT initiatives that enable SEG's operational and growth goals. This is a strategic and hands-on role that spans multiple businesses and IT projects, ensuring technology investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver tangible commercial outcomes.

What You Can Offer

  • Strong background in IT strategy, business engagement and technology delivery
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical and functional requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project methodologies
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations

We're Also Keen On

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or BCS Practitioner Certificate in IT Business Partnering

Our Benefits:

  • Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our Bristol office, at least two days per week, with regular visits to our Holborn office in London approximately once every other week
  • 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays
