We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Recruitment Supply (R S) division. This is a high-impact role where finance is truly seen as a co-pilot to the business. You'll partner closely with the R S leadership team, providing high-quality insight, analysis and reporting to support decision-making and drive performance. Working with the Head of Group FP A (with a dotted line to the R S Finance Director), you'll help enhance our FP A landscape - from budgeting and forecasting through to strategic planning and performance reporting. You'll get involved in everything from pricing and headcount planning to margin analysis, investment decisions and operational change, while also contributing to group-wide FP A projects and best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted finance partner to the R S leadership team
- Delivering insightful analysis on revenue, margins, yield, GP per day and volume
- Supporting financial modelling for bids, contracts and commercial proposals
- Enhancing budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting processes
- Developing and tracking financial and operational KPIs
- Supporting new initiatives such as Supply
