As Regional Performance Coach, you'll empower managers and teams to perform at their best by delivering high-quality coaching, training, and development experiences. Your work will strengthen capability across the organisation, embed new ways of working, and help people grow with confidence. By shaping how colleagues learn, lead, and succeed, you'll directly contribute to better outcomes for the children, young people, and communities we ultimately serve.

  • Track Progress & Improve: Monitor learning outcomes, analyse performance trends, gather feedback, and report insights to support continuous improvement across the practice.

What You Can Offer

  • Previous experience in the recruitment and staffing sector performing a similar role
  • Experience delivering coaching, facilitation, and learning interventions
  • Experience managing the performance cycle (plan, do, review)
  • Ability to travel and work across multiple branches throughout England and Wales
  • Strong operational knowledge of recruitment environments
  • Deep understanding of recruitment sales processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt delivery to different learning styles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our London office or one of our branch locations to connect with our teams or customers in person, at least three days per week.

28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays. Health Cash Plan, once you've passed probation.
