As People Development Manager, you'll shape the learning culture of our organisation by designing development experiences that help people grow, perform, and progress. Your work will strengthen capability across every level of the business, ensuring teams have the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed today and thrive in the future. By partnering with leaders and empowering our Performance Coach, you'll create learning that drives real behavioural change and meaningful business impact.

What You Can Offer
- Previous experience in a similar role within the recruitment and staffing sector with a deep understanding of recruitment sales processes.
- Experienced in developing and implementing training, coaching, and/or performance development programmes with measurable impact.
- Ability to travel and work across multiple locations.
- Strong business partnering capability with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience designing and delivering targeted learning solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt content and delivery to different learning styles.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and digital learning tools.

Whilst we work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we'd expect you to regularly be in our London office, or one of our branch locations to connect with our teams or customers in person, at least three days per week.
