As an Account Manager at SupplyBank, you will be a key strategic partner to your MAT, delivering business growth through retaining, nurturing, and growing this relationship while ensuring their schools\’ recruitment needs are met effectively and efficiently.
You will liaise daily with key stakeholders across the trust and their schools, including CEOs, CFOs, finance teams, Head Teachers, and Business Managers. You will also collaborate with SEG branches for Teaching Personnel and Protocol Education, as well as third-party suppliers when needed, to uphold standards and ensure your partnership\’s success.
You will work closely with a Delivery Consultant, who will support recruitment and retention of educators. You will be responsible for coaching and developing this person to ensure collaboration with operations teams and effective service delivery.

About you:
You are a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, with good knowledge of the Education Recruitment or education staffing landscape and challenges. You are detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and thrive on feedback. A natural problem solver with project management skills, you work collaboratively to deliver excellent service.
What we offer:
- 28 days holiday plus an additional day per year (up to 33 days), plus bank holidays.
