We’re recruiting Support Workers for multiple opportunities across our residential care home, with a range of hours and shift patterns available. Cheddle Lodge is a warm, friendly and settled 13 bed home that provides person‑centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism and complex physical disabilities. It’s a calm and welcoming environment, where the home thrives on the strong, supportive relationships built between residents, staff, families and carers, creating a sense of stability, trust and genuine connection in daily life.

What we are looking for:

  • Understand and work to provide an excellent standard of person‑centred care in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Can support daily routines to provide structure and stability for our residents and build meaningful relationships.
  • Promote independence and are committed to supporting our residents to receive an excellent standard of care and giving them the opportunity to live a full and active life.

  • Are willing to work flexibly to cover shifts that will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (including basic IT skills).

Time to rest and reset:

  • 30 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays, pro‑rata for part‑time staff), increasing with service. Taking time off is encouraged because rest matters.
