About Us: We are a diverse, social, and vibrant team based in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Our working hours are 9am – 5pm, aligning with our customer time zones to build on our success in solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ‘quote-to-cash’ process in specific markets including quote creation, order processing and query resolution.
- Book orders into our Finance System.
- Registration of services through Supplier Portal.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal Sales and Finance teams to ensure expedition of RFQs (Request for Quotes) and Customer Orders.
- Work collaboratively with our suppliers and where order confirmations are not received within an expected timeframe, work towards a timely resolution.
- Dealing with internal escalations within your market.
